Estel

As I came across this paragraph when I was re-reading The Lord of the Rings, my imagination flashed. I wanted to make a pendant like the one described. So, may I present you my Estel pendant!

 When Aragorn from The Lord of the Rings was younger his linage was hidden and he was called Estel. Estel means hope in Tolkien's Elvish.

Falling, Dropping, and Cascading Crystals

A couple weeks ago I went to Michael's. Now, I normally go to Hobby Lobby so I'm not too familiar with Michael's, so gleefully I look for some beads for a bracelet. I didn't find them. But I saw a package of crystals of all shapes and sizes and I bought them. Then I made a gazillion pieces of jewelry with them.

I design I came up with. I made over 8 pendants with this design. I'm calling it Cascading Crystals.

Would anyone like to guess what all these jewleries I made mean?

Cyrstal Blue Pendent

 I made this with a blue glass bead and 20 gauge wire! Very easy. I simply strung the bead on then wrapped the wire around the bead in a design. Not too complex.

Wire wrapping

 These two pendents are made with wire wrapping. The first one is a heart charm with wire wrapped around and a pink bead for good measure! Perfect for  Valentine's Day!

 I took more pictures then this of this "Icy Blue Droplet" (I love coming up with names for these things! *giggle*) But they didn't turn out. This one is just a swirl at the bottom, a blue bead, then a loop at the top, then with the excess wire I wrapped it. Fairly simple!

Pale Pink Pendent

I made this pretty pink pendent this morning. It's made with a glass diamond shaped bead, little white seed beads, and 20 GA wire. It's my first attempt at a pendent. And I quite like the way it turned out. :)
