Estel

As I came across this paragraph when I was re-reading The Lord of the Rings, my imagination flashed. I wanted to make a pendant like the one described. So, may I present you my Estel pendant!

 When Aragorn from The Lord of the Rings was younger his linage was hidden and he was called Estel. Estel means hope in Tolkien's Elvish.

Elven Swirls

Otherwise titled:

Icepack +Injured foot+Beads+Wire=Elven Swirly Rings!

Yes, I injured my foot. Fifth injury since August. I think I pulled a muscle or teared one. I (hope) think it's the latter, not the former.

Anyway, bring on the Elven Swirls! 

After watching Shaylynn's tutorial for easy rings, (This is insanely easy! You must try!) I decided to make one. One turned into five. I actually would have made more, but I was out of wire. The only reason I had enough wire to make even just five was because while looking for something in my closet I found this bag. It was even cleverly marked.

So I made these rings!

I strung seed beads onto the wire, and then put a pretty bead at the front. :) Very, very, easy! And fun. :)

Elven Leaf Hair Comb

Made using three glass leaf beads, wire, and a comb. I strung the beads onto the wire, then twisted around the comb. It's really fun to wear random places... Like... I wore it to the movie theatre. ^_^

Elven Leaf Earrings

Made with 20 GA wire, glass beads and earring hooks! I loooooove these beads! I bought a pack of "Flower and Heart mix" beads at Hobby Lobby. Love 'em!

Elvish Bead Bracelet

I love this bracelet! Love-love-love it! I'm calling it the Elvish Bead Bracelet because the beads are so Elvish looking... They are the perfect shade of blue, with different tones, and they are so glossy! I love em! I simply stung the beads onto string then at the end I decided it needed something more so I put a Celtic knot bead on the end. Then of course I attached the clasps. :)
